Period just over one day late, cramps and spotting this morning only when I check my cervix

Would it still be worth testing in the morning if the flow doesn’t pick up or even if it does pick up? I’ll attach my chart for everything. I took one cheap strip test at 13 dpo and that was negative. My past 6 cycles I’ve been tracking with tests and bbt I’ve had a 13 day luteal phase and then af would arrive
