Painful breast

I’m breastfeeding and I get this pain in the same spot and it hurts like a clog but honestly I’m pretty sure it’s not a clog. It has to be something else because it’s just so random like if I touch that area wrong or something it starts hurting and it’s so painful like a clog but there’s no clog there from what I can feel I have no idea what it is but it hurts so bad. This is my third child so I know what a clog feels like. This feels like a clog but worst idk how to better describe it. Usually with clogs when my baby nurses it goes away but this pain doesn’t. Anyone know what this could be or experience this?
