Confused 😭

Excuse my sloppy writing, I took my first clear blue positive on 6/20 gradually taking the test strips over the last week. 6/23- 6-29. I went to the ER on 6/20 and was told I was having a miscarriage because they saw nothing on ultrasound but an empty gestational sac. Am i in denial of what’s going on? The tests keep getting darker and all of my cramping is near gone, I’m not able to get seen by my OB until next week. My LMO was may 9 2024. I just don’t know how they saw nothing on the ultrasounds.
