Do I have a UTI?

So I have this feeling in my bladder that I have to pee, even after I’ve gone pee and it’s like it won’t completely empty. It’s super annoying because it’s been going on for months and I’m super embarrassed to ask someone else about it (hint why this post is anonymous). I’ve googled it and it says it’s a UTI, but I’m not sure if I should go to a doctor or not?? Please help!!
