Very confused about bbt!

So I got what seemed like a temp rise at cd 12 and it has been pretty consistently sustained. Like when you look at the chart, it’s a pretty clear temp shift. Well, this morning I would’ve been 10 dpo based on this rise and I started feeling ovulation pain again (I felt it as well on cd 11) so I took an LH test to see what it said and it was pretty dark (not positive, but it looked like it could’ve been positive yesterday and now I’m ovulating). This is the second cycle in a row where I thought I ovulated earlier, had a temp shift, and then like a week or 10 days later actually ovulated. I suspect I’ll see a higher temp shift in the next few days. Has anyone else had this happen or have any idea why it might happen? I’m just so confused and don’t want to ruin our chances of conceiving because this is making it difficult. 😩 (thankfully we have a pretty active sex life so I think we’re still good this time around 😂)

I also have PCOS and endometriosis if that makes a difference.
