We hired a guy to install stair rails in our house. We had a half wall going down that needed to be removed first and prepped for the rails. So the guy doesn’t do demo but said he has someone else who can do it for us and then he will come in for the install.

Rails $1500

Long story short, 2 crackheads showed up and botched the project sooooo bad. The main guy showed up to take payment for phase one and was like I can have them redo it and my husband is like no! We already saw what they can do but for the safety of my family I’ll still pay the 1300. (I was out of town that day so I didn’t get a say)

He is due back tomorrow to install rails, I want to make him redo what his guys botched. My husband wants to just let it be but we are paying a lot of money for something I can’t even look at cuz it’s sooo BAD!!! What would you do?
