Let me start by saying English isn’t my first language so please don’t mind misspelled words, I’m still learning.

I have a friend in my friend group who’s dating a black man and now wants to have a baby. She asked me you think I’m ready so I responded honestly. I said if you have to ask someone else if you’re ready then maybe you aren’t and honestly with the past comments you made I would really think that through.

Some comments she made in the past where like if we have babies I don’t want them to be dark or have the hard to maintain hair, she also said she doesn’t want people buying her children black dolls or Barbie’s. Which to me is concerning you are a dating a black man but have this anti mind set and it’s weird to me. When she talks like that I get up and leave cause it makes me feel uncomfortable.

So when I said you shouldn’t have babies because what she have said she asked me to be specific and I said exactly that in the paragraph above and she was so mad and everyone else besides one of the friends are also mad. We aren’t being invited to anything anymore so I texted them.

That made them even more mad, calling them racist enablers was I wrong ? I feel like I’m not cause what she said in the past is racist in a way. Imagine what will she say to the kids since she’s so comfortable making openly comments like that .
