Help with milk supply!
Hi there!
So I have been exclusively pumping for 5 months now. My supply has wavered a lot but lately I can’t get it to increase no matter what I do!! Things I have tried:
- super hydration (including body armor)
- IPA beer
-supplements
- cluster sessions
- lactation foods
- chamomile tea
- eating appropriate amount of calories
I feel like I have tried just about everything I can think of and have seen others have success with. What am I missing?? Does anyone have any other tips that helped them? I’m drinking SO much water and staying healthy I don’t know why my supply won’t increase 😩 it’s to the point we had to start supplementing with formula again. ANY tips would be amazing!!
