I was sent to the ER for some painful cramping tonight and got some upsetting news. I only had sex once while in my fertile window which would put me about 5 weeks and 1 day. (No chance of late ovulation). My hcg is at 2405 and they said on the ultrasound there was nothing they could see or call a viable pregnancy. Maybe only a small gestational sac. I go back in two days to check levels again but just hoping to hear similar stories that ended in healthy babies.
