Being a CNA while pregnant
Mommas that are cnas, specifically cnas in nursing homes.
Did you guys cramp while working your shifts? I’m not cramping horrible and I haven’t lifted anyone, but it’s still pretty physically demanding and I’m 11 weeks and don’t want to hurt my baby. I guess I just need reassurance that everything is going to be okay
