I am totally doing this out of curiosity but what were some of the tell-tale symptoms or signs that you had that turned out to be a twin pregnancy?

I am currently 5w4d and twins do run in the family on both paternal and maternal. The nausea and sickness is unreal and I was lucky to escape it with my daughter.

We won’t be getting an early scan this time round (it would be a private one as I’m in the UK and NHS very rarely scan before 11/12weeks)
