White coat syndrome

Every time I’ve had a doctors appt I’ve become anxious, the hairs on my arms starts to stand up & my heart feels like it’s going to jump out my chest..my blood pressure cuff monitor would be normal/OK at home but the moment I go to the doctors it’s THRU THE ROOF! The doctors finally told me I had white coat syndrome due to my stillborn loss & it’s very normal for mothers like me..I FEEL BETTER NOW knowing it’s normal and other women go thru this as well I always go into a little panic attack right before an appointment it’s literally PTSD when I was 28 weeks pregnant 5 years ago I went in for a normal check up & found out my baby no longer had a heartbeat & YES the doctor who delivered the news to me that day HAD A WHITE DAMN COAT ON!!! so I just feel like every appointment is going turn out like that Hopefully I will overcome this “whitecoat” phase eventually. I haven’t been pregnant in 5 years & I’m so nervous!!
