If I have irregular periods do I still do 14 days of each or so I do the follicular stage until I think I’ve ovulated? My last few periods have been very long but I’m worried if I take the luteral stage before I’ve ovulated it will stop me getting pregnant and I’ve already been trying for four cycles.
