Hormone levels Inito

I am currently in my second cycle of IUI. I am just wondering if I should be hopeful this month because of my progesterone levels raising like they are. I normally range from 7 to 10 for progesterone and start my period. I have never seen it go this high before. I am currently 8dpo. Thanks in advance
