I have a dr appt scheduled but can’t get it for over a month. I’ve just never seen this before. Sorry I don’t have anyone in my life to really ask this to.

It’s a blood clot, they can vary in size. This one is quite big. But as long as you aren’t in excruciating pain, or filling a pad or tampon in an hour, dizzy, weak ect. They’re normal. Sometimes they just happen!
