How do you manage your stress

As a woman what are ways you can relax destress and as a mother how do you calm down and not over exhaust yourself because it feels like I'm always cleaning organizing it's everything is on my shoulders and I feel like the weight is heavy. It's cleaning the house its folding and ironing clothes and cleaning organizing bedrooms its buying groceries, planning meals it's enrollment school, school lunch financial responsibility finding job, working job I'm tired. It's like I can feel the stress in my muscles I'm sore I'm feeling like I'm tense and I feel like I'm overall grumpy like I'm not able to decompress and feel relaxed and happy I feel like I'm tense, angry, worried.

What do you do to feel less preoccupied I feel like I'm over thinking about stuff I have to get done and I am like overwhelmed it's too much stuff I have to do and it's an anxiety to get it done and finding a job is all very stressful and I'm worried of the way I carry myself like I wonder if my face shows how stressed, tense, frustrated I am and I worry how to let go how do I let my worries go

I'd like to also be more present as a mother because I feel like I have to wash the dishes, sweep, mop, clean , do laundry fold organize, cook breakfast lunch dinner and I feel like there's no time overall I'd like to be a better woman and mother I want to know how do you get things done, manage stress?
