Edit: went to walk in and am now on antibiotics and a cream. Its folliculitis!

The pictures are all of the same area, was just trying to get better lighting. I made the stupid mistake once to shave out of the shower because i was in a hurry but needed to shave. Wont be doing that again! It hurts, especially with clothes rubbing against it. This is now about a week after shaving it. It kinda looks like its scabbing over? But ive also never really dealt with razor burn before so not sure if this is normal lol
