So Friday I was in the hospital due to light pink bleeding. Doctors in the hospital did the whole work up. Checked to see if my cervix was closed, it was. Took urine, blood, and an ultrasound to check on baby. Sunday I went to go for more bloodwork to check to see if my HCG has increased. It was a 3,054. Fast forward to today, where I’m now passing large clots, and still no answers. Hospital again today, where they took blood, urine and another ultrasound. Baby is measuring 7w6d, and heartbeat at 126bpm. But the clots and bleeding are getting worse and worse and have been diagnosed with a threatened miscarriage. I am so upset and scared. This is my second pregnancy, but feels like my first cause of all the new symptoms and complications already, I know the large clots aren’t normal, and I am hoping it’s just nothing serious and baby will be okay when we go back for another ultrasound on Thursday. Baby is super tiny, but is so loved already.
