Healthy weightloss in pregnancy when obese?
Have any of you successfully lost weight in pregnancy while simply eating healthier and exercising? I don’t plan to cut calories or anything. My OB recommended I stay around 1500-1800 calories. I’m obese according to the BMI chart. I don’t like to see my weight, but accidentally saw it in my chart and I’m 202lbs😭 I’m only 5’7. My last pregnancy I didn’t gain anything, but this time I’ve gained 20lbs already and I’m only 16 weeks. I’m about to have a breakdown😵💫🫠 I’m hoping to at least maintain my weight if anything. I’ll take all tips please. Exercise plans, meal plans, anything.
