I'm im 5 weeks postpartum. Still having light bleeding on and off sometimes a little red or pink mixed with brown. Normal I will not bleed unless I breastfeed or pump then I will get light cramp and spotting with start again I'm not EBF I am supplementing with formula but I'm breastfeeding about 80/20 at this point. When did you guys stop having spotting/bleeding and cramping while breastfeeding or pumping did the bleeding still stop about the 6 weeks. I'm so tried of it even through it light I just want to be over the postpartum part and enjoy my baby without wearing panty liners everyday

(Lately there are also time when I will cramp while pumping or breastfeeding and not bleed or spot but just have the cramp while breastfeeding and for a while after maybe that's a sign it's starting to finish)

Please share advice and you guys experience
