1 year old eating
What are ya’ll feeding your one year olds and how much through the day?
I recently did some reading on childhood dietary needs and was kind of surprised at how much is suggested for them to eat during the day.
My kid typically eats
-breakfast: 1/2 cup baby oatmeal with toddler nutritional drink substituted for water
-snack 1: fruit bar
-lunch: chicken nuggets and carrots
-snack 2: yogurt
-dinner: mashed potatoes and beef
-snack three (sometimes): fruit or nutritional drink. Maybe some peanut butter to squeeze in some extra protein
Usually she drinks really watered down juice in the morning and water the rest of the day.
