Spotting 7 days before period, I have regular cycle, why is this happening?
Basically the title. I have always had a regular cycle of 28 days and my period lasts 5-6 days max. I also have a healthy sex life. My period date was due Aug 10. But since 3rd, I have been having spotting everyday which has never happened. My proper period is also not starting and I am very unsure what is happening because this is very unusual. Please tell me if this is normal because I'm getting so paranoid.
