Light spotting days after exam

So I went to bathroom I peed had light pink spotting I did go to L&D they didn’t do cervix ex they said it nothing to worry about cuz the blood is not red or heavy. but I had a cervix exam on Wenday and start spotting today. I haven’t had anymore spotting since hospital. I am 30weeks and 2days has this happen to anyone photo on comments
