I had an abnormal result from my Pap smear.

I have been on birth control for 8 years. The same pill.

I read online that when taking the pill 5-9 years, your risk of cervical cancer increases 60%.

I also have lumps in my breast and I know the pill can increase changes of breast cancer.

I’m really thinking about stopping the pill. However, I’m in a long term relationship, and we don’t want to get pregnant.

So idk what to do. I never disliked my pill, but everytimeI go to my gynecologist office anymore, I have some sort of health scare.

And I know these things can happen to anyone. But it always seems to be something that could be “increased by taking birth control pills “

Any advice ????
