Can someone help me..

I had unprotected sex on CD 11. What are my chances of getting pregnant? Yes he did finish in me. Sorry tmi. But my husband and I always thought/think his sperm isn’t that strong since this has happened, but this is the first time I track my ovulation. So yeah, chances of becoming pregnant? And if I possibly am, when should I take a pregnancy test?
