So I’ve had terrible nausea, two nights this week I’ve taken Unisom as directed and both days after I was barely nauseous, it also has helped me sleep great those two nights.

I am just a little concerned because the morning after both times, when I first got up, I went to pee and it was a struggle, like I had to push really hard to get anything to come out for a period of time, and in order to pee completely I had to keep pushing for like a solid minute until my bladder was empty, it’s almost like my body forgot how to pee. Has anyone else had this happen? Is it a normal symptom or should I be concerned enough to call the doctor?
