Me and my partner are not actively ttc but also are not at all preventing either. I am 7 days late for my period as of today but pregnancy tests show negative. I've never been this late before without being pregnant. Im not sure what to do now. What is the next step? Doctor? Idk. Help?

Nothing, just wait it out. Sounds like you ovulated later which is normal once in a while.

Are you using a blue dye test? Those are bad about giving false readinds. Test again in a couple days with a pink dye test. With you being 7 days late already, making an appointment would be a good idea too just to be sure.
