When is it normal to get a positive pregnancy test?

If you are or have been pregnant, when did you get your first positive pregnancy test?

I always wait until my period is 4 or 5 days late, cant be doing with the whole 'is that a faint line' or 'it's negative now but if i test again tomorrow morning it might not be' stuff. Just wait until you're late and can get a clear negative or positive
