What counts as Day 1 of period
Ok I know I know it’s stupid question but this is my first time trying to track ovulation and trying to plan for conception🥴😅. I want to be accurate as possible. 🫣So is it when I’m having brown discharge or when bright red shows or bright red flow? 🤎❤️ thank you in advance 🙏🏽
