I need help/advice and i feel like this is the best group for that. Im a 25 y/o f and i love having sex with whoever im in a relationship with. I’ve went on a sex spree for some dumb reason and now my body count is more than 10+😭 the reason im adding this is because of what I need help with so, now i have a boyfriend who loves having sex with me as much as I do with him but for some reason im not able to orgasm🥹 and is not bc of him is bc of me idk why i cant feel any sensation down there i told him how i can orgasm from previous experiences and now i cant even do it even id hes doing it the way i told him to so is this could be a medical problem?
