When is 1DPO: The day after your first positive OPK, the day of a peak OPK, or the day after a peak OPK? Thanks for the feedback.🙂

Answer

A positive opk is your peak or surge. Opks just detect the surge in LH, it doesn’t determine, confirm or guarantee ovulation. You would want to be temping to truly confirm ovulation day. When not using temps and going off opks alone you can only try to predict. Generally the day of positive opk is “peak day” the following would be “ovulation day” then the next would be “1DPO” This can be difficult to go off because it can be 12-72 hours after a positive opk before ovulation could occur if it does at all.
