diastasis recti
Hello everyone I recently found out I’m pregnant! I have a daughter who is 9 months old. After giving birth to her I realized I have diastasis recti and the second I got time I started working out to fix my abs. I didn’t get the chance to actually fully fix my diastasis recti and found out I’m pregnant again😭 has anyone ever gotten pregnant while having diastasis recti? Has it affected your pregnancy or even birth?
