Can you still ovulate with no temp increase ?
I got my peak LH test on 8/26 but on my natural cycles app I haven’t had a temp increase yet. I’m also using my Apple Watch to track my temperatures so I’m not sure if that matters. And I’ve felt like I’m getting a cold the past few days. Is it possible I might still ovulate ? Feeling down today 😔
