I’m pregnant with my rainbow baby

So I just recently found out I’m pregnant with my rainbow baby and according to my last period I’m a little over 6 weeks and terrified I had a miscarriage 4 years ago I’m currently spotting on and off lightly and not often jus scared cuz of what happened my first pregnancy any advice
