My best friend doesn’t like the guy I’ve been seeing since April. She only doesn’t like him because when we first started seeing each other he was still on dating apps and messaged her once and she knew about him but he didn’t know she’s my best friend. We were not in a relationship at this time and when he found out she was my best friend he stopped talking to her and apologized to me. I told her recently that he asked me to be in a relationship with him and her response was that she doesn’t like him and doesn’t want to be around him and that he’s not welcome to family functions with her family because we do a lot of stuff together. I feel like she’s being over dramatic. We weren’t in a relationship at this time. But her reasoning is because I told him if he was sleeping with other people I didn’t want to sleep with him. So she thinks he was lying to me about not sleeping with other people after telling me he wasn’t. What would you do in this situation? I love her to death but I feel like any guy I’ve been with she hasn’t liked so it’s like wtf.
