Weight lose journey

Jeanette

I was so unhappy with my weight it had gotten so out of hand. I was at 290 in the beginning of February. I decided to do something about it and not blame my Pcos. I been pushing myself hard sense my doctor put me on Zepbound and I was paying out of pocket any insurance wouldn’t cover it because I wasn’t pre/diabetic. I have friends also on Zepbound that have dealt with side effects like nausea, diarrhea, and decrease appetite. I have experienced any of those side effects. Honestly, I feel like it hasn’t really helped. I have lost 121 pounds in seven months. I go to the gym five days a week at least an hour and a half to three hours. And eat a very clean, and no process foods keto like diet. Sometimes I feel sad because ppl tell me now I look pretty but I have always felt pretty. Hopefully now that I’m losing the weight my doctor will help me get pregnant.
