Im 14 weeks and 4 days and after having some spotting at work last night I went to the ER and was told baby girl was doing well, had an excellentand strong heartbeat but that I have very low laying placenta or Placenta Previa. I know its not my fault, but I'm so heartbroken. I have so many "What if's" going through my head, but my main thing is what if I have to have a c-section. I've never any major surgeries before and I was really hoping for another Vag birth like I had with my son. I will always want what is best for my baby girl and if a c-section is whats best, I'll schedule it, but again I just feel so heartbroken.
