New to this how do I know I’m ovulating based on bbt? I just got my easy at home bbt thermometer.

BBT confirms ovulation after 3 temp rises higher than the previous 6. 
With BBT you should be temping from cd1 consistently every day at the same time after at least 3 hours of consecutive sleep before you move or get up.
