Another Period, 8 days later?

So I had a period that was I would say a little abnormal last time- same time of month as normal, but started day 1 HEAVY, and it lasted about 2 days longer than normal. 8 days later I just restarted my period, this time super light.. I’m 29, I do not take birth control as husband had vasectomy 2 years ago.

Any thoughts on why I am bleeding again?
