I have been spotting for 2 days and now it’s heavier, is this a miscarriage? Would be 5-6 weeks atm

This same thing happened to me they said i had ectopic pregnancy go to an ob triage immediately

But you can’t tell without an ultrasound.
I’d speak to your midwife or doctor depending on where you are and they should get you a scan. Good luck x
