Need opinions…

I am about four weeks and three days today according to my app…. I have an appointment soon to verify, but has anyone else had like no symptoms? I had slight nausea for like two days but that’s about it. I know no two pregnancies are the same (this would be my personal first) but it’s kind of concerning to me..
