Hit peak on the 28th had sex the night of the 27th I’ve been cramping ever since I hit peak could I be pregnant or delusional

Definitely too early for symptoms. Cramping could be due to ovulation, you typically ovulate 2-3 days after peak LH. However a peak ovulation test doesn’t confirm ovulation will actually take place. Sometimes our bodies peak and O doesn’t happen, then it tries again. Good luck!
