Emotionally drained 🥺
Hey guys! I'm so sad and emotional. I'm 14 weeks and 5 days pregnant. Everyone says and I myself know that it's the best to eat as much healthy as we can. But the thing is I can barely eat them. Because no fruits no nuts tastes good. I could eat them but after eating I feel so nauseous. I get horrible taste in my mouth and almost throw myself out. What can I do to eat healthy? The only thing I could eat is rice and pasta. Nothing else is good. 🥺
