Why do Ob ask where your first child is I feel like it’s a uncomfortable question cause  be realistic im not gonna leave a almost 3 year old alone he’s at my mum and dads

Probably to make conversation lol. I doubt they are keeping tabs on you and your kid. They probably ask that to every patient. I feel like them acknowledging your first kid shows they read your chart and know about your background before coming into the appointment
