Ovulation tests after peak?

I got my peak ovulation test on Friday. It was very positive. I should be around 3dpo and I’ve been testing after my peak test just to make sure it goes down. Is this a negative ovulation test? Or should me and my partner keep BD?

Answer

You don’t need to keep testing to make sure you’re no longer having a surge. The length of the surge doesn’t matter, it’s when it’s initiated. This isn’t positive because the test line isn’t the same or darker than the control line.
