I’ve been on birth control for 2 plus years so it can’t be ovulation, and it can’t be cervical mucus right?

Idk maybe i was aroused in my sleep and it caused that but i just want to clarify it can’t be ovulation and it can’t be cervical mucus bc I’m on birth control?

(I take the birth control daily and don’t miss a dose)
