I need advice tips support and help

As a first time mom in the Bay Area at 36 were 13w4d. I feel soooo lost and confused… it seems nothing is going the way I imaged or seen on tv (yes I know it’s tv). I am here seeking some advice encouragement tips support of all kinds and any help anyone could give during this first pregnancy.
Like sleeping I’ve heard left side and I was told it doesn’t matter… is that because I’m still early on, the baby is still small, or because I’m not showing?
What are the best prenatal vitamins for those on a budget. Spending $25-$60 per month on vitamins is a bit much for me at this time… but I have for the last 3 months spent that on the vitamins…
Eating is hard as my normal diet is the Daniel fast which is one meal a day lots of fruits and vegetables with water. Any tips on eating to get the nourishment for the baby? Or just any tips. Can you eat bananas & pineapples??? Cashew nuts and Brazilian nuts??? Why WIC doesn’t allow whole milk???
Working out I wasn’t to big on working out but I seen somewhere that I’m not supposed to workout on my back but I’m supposed to do kegals and these other workouts for my cervix. I want to start working out for real again but the information is so all over the place… last time I was pregnant two years ago exactly the doctor told me I could still workout but these doctors today rushing through everything and not helping for real…
I could probably go on and on about different things… but let’s start here…
