Okay to have some caffeine???

Okay I’ve heard really mixed reviews on this but just wanna know! I love having a coke every now and then. Is that okay or should I just avoid it all together???

I drank coke everyday my entire pregnancy with all babies it’s ok they say 200mg a day I always drank more then that

I have a cup of coffee every morning working mum of 2 and third one on the way I need a pick me up hubby gets cross with me but I have eased his worries by allowing my doctor to let him know one cup of coffee is okay I sometimes have coke but not as much as I use to before I was pregnant just to have something different then water.

Okay to have some caffeine???
