I love going on vacations. I go on a few a year.

My mom is even worse. She goes on like 3-4 trips a year. We just went on a vacation together with the whole family. And she is already trying to plan vacations next year.

I told her that I want to plan a birthday vacation for myself next year and just me and boyfriend go.

After I told her that, she tried to invite herself and the whole family on the trip.

I told her I didn’t even book it and I don’t even know if I really am. It was just an idea.

She got mad at me because she said that I just don’t want her to go. But that is true…. I just want to plan a trip for me and my boyfriend.

Do you think it’s rude for her to invite herself on a trip that I didn’t even plan yet !!?
