Is tubal ligation safe after a pp hemorrhage ?

I’m two months postpartum and I want to get my tubes tied. But I had a C-section and did hemorrhage after. I have had severe PTSD from it, constantly paranoid about my body and ☠️. And I ABSOLUTELY do not want any more children. I was on birth control when I got pregnant last and I just don’t trust anything. But I am terrified to go under and have surgery again. I don’t know if I can seriously mentally do it.
